Pareisse Wilson
Senior Principal, Social Impact, Mott MacDonald
Pareisse Wilson is an inclusive design strategic change management specialist and Senior Principal at Mott MacDonald, leading the accessibility and inclusive design advisory discipline in the Social Impact team. Over the last ten years, she has worked on multiple projects within the workspace, aviation, rail, and health sectors to deliver socially inclusive and accessible design outcomes through strategy, business change, design advisory, and user engagement.
Working with a diverse range of industry practitioners, Pareisse led the development of the Inclusive Design Overlay to the RIBA Plan of Work, the first framework of its kind to define how built-environment teams can embed inclusive design good practice into projects. She is a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals, Access Association UK, SEAM, and Neurodiversity in Planning, and a passionate advocate for designing environments that celebrate the diversity of humanity. She sits on the London Legacy Development Corporation and London City Airport accessibility panels, using her lived experience and expertise to advise on creating inclusive and equitable environments for all with a particular focus on neurodiversity.
