Daniella Donzelli Scorza

Daniella Donzelli Scorza is a purpose-driven strategist passionate about improving the built environment by making spaces accessible and healthy for all people through community engagement and social research. With a background in consulting, human-centered design, and systems thinking, she leads with a relationship-first mindset that strengthens connection and drives lasting impact.
As a Sociospatial Analyst at PLASTARC, Inc, Daniella helped nationally recognized workplace design firms and organizations optimize their real estate and workplace environments through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research that informed operations and design strategy recommendations. As a Research Assistant at Steven Winter Associates, Daniella played an integral part in CIDIE's initial launch in November 2024. As an Undergraduate Researcher with South Bronx Unite (SBU) in collaboration with the Columbia Climate School, she examined the impact of air pollution on disadvantaged communities in the South Bronx and its link to public health disparities. Her work culminated in an interactive ArcGIS StoryMap that supported SBU’s waterfront revitalization mission and was presented to local government officials. Daniella holds a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College of Columbia University in Urban Studies and Sustainability.
